The relationship between Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and the mini-kawmik The Soon and The Mun

Well, this is an interesting coincidence! While doing a little market research for a new kawmik, I found this video..

It's by J-pop Queen, Kyary Pamyu Pamyu, and it's called Mottai-Nightland. I think it's about this girl having nightmares and weird dreams, but it could be a commercial for candy, I'm not too sure.
What I found in the video was a couple scenes of her dancing with a character that has the moon as his head and is dressed up in a suit.  This is just like a couple scenes from The Soon and The Mun mini-kawmik!  Let me show you.

Here they are ballroom dancing, with large champagne flutes swaying in the background.

And here are two scenes from the book.

Notice the similarities.  In the book the Moon is wearing purple, just like the Moon in the video.  And although the male dancer in the book is the sun, he is wearing the same suit as the Moon in Kyary's video, even right down to the bow tie!  Also note that the Moon's head in the video is yellow, just like the Sun's head in the book.  It's almost as if the director for the music video took both these pages from the book, and put them into one beautifully, quirky dance scene!

The other scene that I'd like to point out is later in the video.  The two are dancing in a bubble, which is what comes out of the girls face when she is dreaming, just like when the characters in the book dream!!

Could this be just a big coincidence, a scandal of creative thievery, or a weird cross cultural conspiracy somehow tied to the Illuminati?!  Well, I'd like to think so!
